To export your received online payments from EasyPay, go to Settings > Import/Export. Select the appropriate checkbox Export and Easy payment with EasyPay from the drop-down list. You can now download them as a CSV file. Alternatively, for a summary report of payments and fees, you can open Invoices in the left-hand menu and click "Download report" at the top of the page.
EasyPay applies a transaction fee for processing each payment. This fee consists of 1.9% of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee of 1.50 DKK per transaction.
You can view detailed fee information in two ways:
On Each Invoice: Fees are itemized in the invoices created within the system.
In the EasyPay Section: Navigate to the EasyPay section in the left sidebar of the platform to see a summary of your transaction fees.
When exporting EasyPay online payments, you decide which columns you want to include. Available columns may include transaction date, invoice ID, payment status, and customer name, allowing you to tailor your export to specific needs.
For a consolidated view of your EasyPay transaction fees and payment details, export the data as a CSV file through Settings > Import/Export. You can then import the data into a spreadsheet program to sum up fees or analyze specific details for accounting purposes.
Export in date range allows you to decide for yourself which period you want the payments to come from. Use the date selector in the Settings > Import/Export section to define start and end dates, ensuring you receive data only for the desired period.
To analyze your fees effectively, consider exporting data periodically and using filters or formulas in spreadsheet software to identify trends or anomalies.
Customizable export columns allow you to choose what information you want included in the file you download. If you only want the amount and invoice ID, you must click on these, then you do not have to provide unnecessary information.
