Appointments and Invoices integrated in your Calendar Sidebar!

You can now work with clients and invoices, without leaving the calendar.

We've heard your requests to be able to make appointments with clients, read your records, and send invoices without having to leave your calendar.

That's why we've worked long and hard to improve your workflow!

We've summarized the most important changes in this video:


As you'll see in the video, we've moved your appointment and client info from the center of the screen to your side panel, so it no longer blocks your calendar.

However, we haven't stopped at just moving the appointment to the side panel. We've also made it possible for you to view your journal and get an overview of your invoice while still working in the calendar.

Calendar Sidebar - Where to find it all?

The sidebar is dynamic, so it shows the information relevant to the appointment you have selected, but if you have no appointment selected, it shows what is relevant to your clinic in general.

If you haven't selected an appointment, you will be able to see:

- Invoice status on all clients in your clinic (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).

- Overview of all tasks in your clinic.

If you choose an appointment instead, you will be presented with information that is only relevant to the selected client, these are:

- Client information, for the client who the appointment is with. This information is always visible, as long as an appointment is selected.

- Appointment information, the information you are used to see, when you select an appointment.

- Journals related to the client who has the selected appointment.

- Invoice status, for invoices related to the Client having the appointment.

- Overview of all tasks related to the Client having the appointment.

What exactly you can see depends on the permissions assigned to your user and the apps you have enabled in the system.

Appointment information

Here you can see the same overview and options you've had up until now when choosing an appointment.

So even though we've had to change the layout a bit, you'll see it all there. To edit the agreement, you can press , and appointment history, video meetings etc. can be found under the three dots.

Journals

A big request we've seen is the ability to work, read and edit in Journals without having to leave the calendar.

You can now do this when you select a client, you have the same options as when you normally work with journals, now you can just do it directly from the side panel in the calendar!

Invoice status

Here you will be able to get an overview of the invoices you have in your clinic, or if you have selected an agreement, the invoices that are on the client who has the agreement with you.

In the overview you can see.

  • Invoice number

  • Date invoice was created

  • Amount of the invoice

  • Status of payment

And you will be able to go directly to the individual invoice.

Tasks

We've integrated our new app 'Tasks' with these changes, so you can keep even better track of the progress you've made with your clients.

When you have no appointment selected, the app works as you are used to, but if you select an appointment, only the tasks that are relevant to the appointment or client will be shown.

This allows you to quickly and easily get an overview of whether you have remembered to make an invoice or journal entry for the appointments you have had, and whether you have remembered to send the invoice to your client so they have a chance to pay it.
